Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PurelyHaskell’s website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services

PurelyHaskell provides flat-rate remote Haskell consulting and developer placement at $5,000/month (“Fees”). We match you with qualified Haskell developers and onboard them into your workflow.

3. Payment & Fees

• All Fees are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are due within 7 days of invoice.
• First month money-back guarantee applies if you’re not satisfied.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and any necessary access or information for our developers to perform the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All code and deliverables developed by our consultants for you shall be owned by you upon full payment. PurelyHaskell retains no claim over your proprietary code.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurelyHaskell’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the Fees paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PurelyHaskell harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding Fees become due immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
